Ian, Having
you perform in our food and beverage outlets on the evening of Thursday
September 26, 2002, was an excellent alternative to the regular two or
three-man band. People’s curiosity was peaked and they certainly
walked away in a state of awe. Our regular clients still reminisce over
how you fooled each one of them. Entertaining guests is at the centre
of our business and we are always looking for new ways of achieving an
exceptional guest experience. With magic, we think we’ve stumbled
